Traditional Christmas Cake

Our christmas cake contains more than half it’s weight in almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, turkish apricots, Middle East dates, raisins, blueberries, cranberries, figs, dried kiwis, pineapple, papaya, pomelo, candied oranges, ginger and certainly NO tutti frutti!

These fruits and dry fruits have been soaked in rum for months, just the way the English make it. We are accepting advance orders now.
